FORGEX FRANCE (“We”) takes very seriously the privacy of individuals who visit its website www.forgex.fr (the “Website”), and more broadly, the privacy of individuals who provide their Personal Data (as defined below) when contacting our company (“You”).
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. It applies each time you transmit your Personal Data to FORGEX FRANCE and to all processing activities that FORGEX FRANCE may carry out on such Data.

Your Personal Data is stored in FRANCE, where the servers hosting our Website and our ERP/CRM are located.

12. How long is your personal data retained?
For personal data processing related to the management of e-commerce customers, in-store customers and prospects, including in particular customer relationship management, marketing campaign management, in-store e-reservation tracking, defective product management and parcel tracking, we will apply the following retention periods:
- Personal Data relating to customers: duration of the contractual relationship plus the statutory limitation periods, i.e. 5 years;
- Data relating to non-customer prospects: 3 years from the last active contact with our brand;
- Purchase and browsing history cookies: 13 months;
- Credit card number and expiry date: 13 months following the debit date, or 15 months for deferred debit payment cards;
- Credit card security code: for the duration of the transaction;
- Video surveillance camera recordings: 30 days.
The deletion of your personal data from our active database will be followed by an intermediate archiving period for certain personal data in order to comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations, and also to manage your complaints and potential warranty claims, within the applicable limitation periods.
In the event that your personal data is subsequently archived, it will be automatically and irreversibly anonymized.
