Depending on the steel grade being treated and the desired mechanical properties, we can implement heat treatment cycles with different cooling methods (polymer, water) to guarantee optimal strength, uniform hardness and extended longevity of our parts.
Each heat treatment campaign undergoes mechanical property measurements that can be supplemented by metallographic studies guaranteeing the desired metallurgical structures.
Forgex France processes a wide range of steel grades (alloyed/non-alloyed carbon steels and stainless steels).

We are also equipped with automated lines featuring a controlled cooling tunnel, specifically developed for the heat treatment of dispersoid steels.
