These two departments bring together specialized engineers and technicians who support our clients at every stage of their projects, from design to production, ensuring reliability, quality and performance.

Optimizing every project through “Forge Simulation”

From the launch of a new part project, our team uses Forge Simulation to model metal behavior, anticipate constraints and optimize manufacturing before any physical production. This approach reduces trial cycles, limits costs and ensures perfect compliance with the specifications (CDC).

DEVELOPMENT TOOLS

We develop our own tooling, thanks to advanced design skills (CAM/CAD/CADCAM)

Our approach integrates co-development with our clients, fostering technical assistance and ongoing collaboration to design custom solutions and economic optimization (Design to Cost). Each study aims to optimize the manufacturing process, reduce risks and guarantee the repeatability and quality of produced parts, whether for small or large production runs.

Reverse engineering and scanning are used to reproduce or improve existing parts, offering flexibility and precision in design.

At Forgex, our Engineering Department combines innovation and expertise to transform ideas into reliable, high-performance metal parts. From simulation to tooling design, through computer-aided design, we guarantee efficient production that meets specifications and is optimized for industrial performance.

Thanks to this comprehensive expertise, Forgex is a trusted partner capable of handling the most complex projects, while ensuring innovation, precision and excellence at every stage of industrial forging.
